Job Objectives

Ensure excellence in terms of quality, safety, customer experience and productivity in your area of responsibility. Ensure an efficient use of the resources that you will have assigned as well as the supervision, development and motivation of your team. Actively collaborate in the development of the Bike24 business. 

Your new challenge

  • Provide support and be an active part in terms of security and compliance with regulations to guarantee a safe work environment for all associates. 
  • Review daily and weekly demand forecasts and determine required resources (taking into account productivity targets) to ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to balance workload based on production needs, ensuring shift resources are balanced and efficient while meeting all targets. 
  • Identify and proactively lead initiatives to improve processes, safety, quality and Lean tools. 
  • Communicate and directly influence the achievement of key KPIs (quality, productivity and safety, among others), in compliance with logistics flow planning. 
  • Actively participate in the training, versatility, incorporation and training of associates. 
  • Prioritize and plan daily orders to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.  
  • Ensure the optimal state of the facility

Your profile:

  • Direct management experience, motivation and development of associates. 
  • Flexibility to work in a shift schedule. 
  • Pragmatic, humble, communicative, empathic and honest person. 
  • Professional education training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior). 
  • 2 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar position. 
  • Excellent communication skills with medium-high level B2 English (verbal and written). 
  • Able to easily relate to different departments and levels of experience. 
  • Willing and able to work flexible shifts including night shifts, after hours and weekends. 
  • Knowledge and experience in operations related to customer satisfaction. 
  • Experience in defining projects and designing ad hoc solutions. 
  • Flexible person who adapts to change. 
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication; Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with the entire organization. 
  • Experience with KPIs and process improvement with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
